The Skye Football Club takes pride in being recognised as a family club where spectators, players and visitors can come together and enjoy what the club has to offer, both competitively and socially.
To ensure we achieve this goal, we are all requird to observe the following 'Club Code of Conduct'.
RESPECT FOR OTHERS:
The clubrooms and surrounds are a community sporting facility that exists for the enjoyment for all. It is expected that those who use the facilities show total mutal respect to all other users.
As an official, player or spectator you represent the club, be it 'on or off the field'. It is expected that you be responsible and accountable for your behaviour and actions to ensure that you do not bring the club's name into disrepute.
The club rooms are the focal point for us to enjoy the sporting and social activities and as such, due regard must be maintaining the club room amenities for the enjoyment of all. Your conduct is expected at all times in ensuring that the club rooms and associated fixtures are respected and properly maintained.
RESPONSIBLE SERVING OF ALCOHOL (RSA):
The club is committed to Vic Health's Good Sports RSA program and as such, the bar manager is responsible for adherence to our liquor license provisions and the serving of alcohol. Your responsible conduct in regard to your consumption of alcohol is expected at all times, especially in respect to 'drink driving'. The bar manager is available to assist in ordering a cab and safe keeping of your vehicle keys. Your behaviour whilst in the cab, collected from the cab reflects on the club and members.
Any unwelcome sexual advance whether physical or verbal that offends, humiliates or intimidates another person will not be tolerated.
Discrimination or abuse of another person's race, religion or colour will not be tolerated.
This 'Code of Conduct' applies to your guest/s and compliance is your responsibility.
BREACHES OF THE ABOVE CODE MAY RESULT IN DISCIPLINARY ACTION BEING TAKEN BY THE COMMITTEE OF MANAGEMENT
